On April 20, 2026, an elective class titled “The Eurasian Community: Leadership and Innovation” was held at Turan University within the framework of the international project “Eurasian Foundation” (Japan) for first-year bachelor’s students of the Faculty of Humanities and Law. The lecture was delivered by Gulnaz Tursunkhanovna Alayeva, Professor of the Higher School of Law and Candidate of Legal Sciences, on the topic “Current Issues of Intellectual Property Law in Entrepreneurship.” During the session, key aspects of the legal protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights in entrepreneurial activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan were discussed, along with current trends in the development of this field. Special attention was given to practical issues of law enforcement and the analysis of relevant case studies. The elective class was held in an interactive format: students actively participated in the discussion, asked questions, and gained essential knowledge necessary for developing professional competencies in the field of intellectual property law and entrepreneurship.
