THE VI INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIFIC AND PRACTICAL CONFERENCE “UNIVERSITY LEGAL DIALOGUES: JURISPRUDENCE, JUSTICE AND THE STATE”

On March 27, 2026, the VI International Scientific and Practical Conference “University Legal Dialogues: Jurisprudence, Justice and the State” was held, dedicated to the memory of Professor A.F. Aubakirov (in a video conference format), within the framework of the International Association of Young Researchers and organized by the Higher School of Law of Turan University. Students from universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Russian Federation, and the Republic of Belarus took part in the conference. The main issues of civil law and criminal law activities, as well as modern innovations and their impact on society and the state, were examined. The conference was accompanied by discussions on issues related to the protection of the biosphere, human genetics, and the impact of digitalization on the functioning of the judicial system.
